Summary: Arrived on a Sunday afternoon in October, for a 2-night stay, only to learn that the spa is closed on Mondays. Sunday, we had a vast array of breakfast buffet items to ourselves, as we were apparently the only guests in this expansive hotel complex. We enjoyed 2 delicious dinners in dining room. Our bed was very comfortable; spacious bathroom. Very nice water view from our balcony, with Sicily in the distance. Staff were personable and helpful. Overall: EXCELLENT off-season value, although wind and rain prevented us from enjoying outdoor pool/facilities.

Summary: One of the most incredibly beautiful views: mainland Italy and across Sicily. A 5 star resort with a 4 start service. The Management needs improvement.

Summary: Really higher service level than normally received, friendly staff, amazing view, the breakfast was amazing, including all the best of local specialties. The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them. But besides that, it was an amazing stay and we look forward to return.

Summary: Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here.

Summary: The property and staff were great but transportation into the nearby town of Scilla was not easy - no local cab service so one had to arrange taxi service from the nearest city and it was expensive and cumbersome. The area is GORGEOUS

Summary: Unfortunately we were not able to get to the property until late in the evening but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was air conditioned well appointed. The property is itself is stunning and very well maintained. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet in the restaurant by the pool with a fantastic view of Sicily.
